Meats especially for King Ludwig’s Restaurants. S&P Meats has been
manufacturing sausages following strict European guidelines and
traditions. All sausages served at King Ludwig’s are produced using
only selected cuts of Beef—Pork—Veal and Chicken. Only fresh produce is
being used in these sausages
Bavarian Bratwurst 9.99
This coarsly ground Bavarian favorite is prepared especially for King
Ludwig’s Restaurant. This mildly spiced sausage is made based on S&P
Meats Old-World recipe. Selected cuts of lean pork are mixed with
natural spices to make this authentic Bavarian sausage. Served on a bed
of Winekraut, Rotkraut (Red Cabbage) and Bavarian Potato salad.
German Sausage 9.99
This Hearty flavored European Sausage is prepared especially for King
Ludwig’s Restaurant by S&P Meats. This German recipe includes a mixture
of lean pork, lean beef and natural spices and is smoked with hickory
wood chips. Served on a bed of Winekraut, Rotkraut (Red Cabbage) and
Bavarian Potato salad.
